Rob is a transformation executive with 25 years of experience leading and operating public and private companies with revenue ranging primarily from $5M to $300M. He has had C-level responsibility for corporate development, digital marketing, FP&A, operations, product, sales, strategy and transformation. His roles have allowed him to own many specific functions and now primarily he works cross-functionally to acquire, sell, and integrate companies, develop strategic plans, implement/manage operating systems, and lead teams driving organic and inorganic growth. Rob has bought and sold over 20 companies during his career from valuations of ~ $500k to > $1B.

Rob has been an investor, advisor, strategist, and operator gaining a broad understanding of value creation with resource and timing constraints. He started his career in private equity, investing and developing manufacturing companies and in investment banking, focused on technology and business services companies during the first dot-com bubble. Rob has also worked for a Fortune 50 organization, UPS, and led a PE backed, real-estate focused, online marketplace owned by KKR, TPG, and now Zillow. He scaled and positioned a founder-led, data-as-a-service business for an exit and was the GM of the Moving Marketplace Division of Porch (NASDAQ: PRCH). Rob also led a team of 400+ people responsible for a vertically integrated real estate company owning and managing approximately 25,000 rental units.
