Rob Sternot

Rob is a transformation executive with 25 years of experience leading and operating public and private companies with revenue ranging primarily from $5M to $300M. He has had C-level responsibility for corporate development, digital marketing, FP&A, operations, product, sales, strategy and transformation. His roles have allowed him to own many specific functions and now primarily he works cross-functionally to acquire and integrate companies, develop strategic plans, implement/manage operating systems, and lead teams driving organic and inorganic growth. Additionally, Rob has bought and sold over 20 companies during his career from valuations of ~ $500k to > $1B.

Rob has been an investor, advisor, strategist and operator gaining a broad understanding of value creation with resource and timing constraints. He started his career in private equity, investing and developing manufacturing companies and in investment banking focused on technology and business services companies during the first dot-com bubble. Rob has also worked for a Fortune 50 organization, UPS, and led a PE backed real-estate focused, online marketplace owned by KKR, TPG, and now Redfin. He scaled and positioned a founder-led, data-as-a-service business for an exit and was the GM of the Moving Marketplace Division of Porch (NASDAQ: PRCH). Most recently he worked at a seed stage startup with family focused on raising money for charity.

Personally, Rob lives in Roswell, GA with his wife and three kids, but originally grew up in Cleveland and also lived in downtown Chicago for a few years. These days, he spends most of his weekends at soccer fields and basketball courts. The Cleveland background has made him an avid and painfully loyal Ohio sports fan. He also enjoys spending time on a lake or camping next to one to recharge.
