Accomplishments

Scaled and positioned a founder-led, data as a service business increasing the value by > 60% with very limited additional investment. Here I created and implemented the strategic plan, transformed and/or led the sales, product, operations, and marketing functions and evaluated and implemented new processes and systems which improved scalability.

Developed strategic plan to transform a KKR/TPG backed print business to an online marketplace. I was an initial change agent driving not only the strategy, but the communication and execution of the plan throughout the organization. This reduced costs by $80M, doubled revenue growth, and was accomplished with executive and employee resistance during the Financial Crisis. The result was a cohesive, focused team and an increase in valuation from $525M to > $1.2B.

Bought and sold over 20 companies from valuations of ~ $500k to > $1B

Launched and operationalized a multi-channel sales team growing to > $25M in revenue

Led the digital marketing function for various consumer-facing websites (~15M visits monthly) which included a $10M+ investment in content

Incubated and managed $30M+ in revenue driven by a data product, advertising software and the monetization of the consumer move process
